Olive Trees

The olive tree for the Greeks is not just a national symbol, it is a synonym of life itself. Ancient mythology of Greece says that the olive tree was the gift of the goddess Athena, beloved daughter of Zeus.

No wonder that the olive crown is an emblem of the Olympic Games.

We are proud of our olive trees that grow at a height of 275m above sea level in the small village Lithines that located in the Eastern Crete that is famous of its precious forests, wildlife and where the air as clean as a dew and it seems that you can reach out to the clouds and eagles that fly over our fields, the genuine experts of the purity and virginity of nature, proudly behold on us from heaven.

We make the oil in the ancient traditions of Crete, that go for the hundreds year’s from generation to generation, from father to son.

Life extra virgin olive oil is free of any chemical substances and synthetic fertilizer. The juice is extracted under cold pressure and bottled under strict supervision and quality control, in accordance with EU- specifications.

As a result it keeps all the natural ingredients, vitamins and nutritional properties of olive fruit.

Our extra virgin olive oil comes from the first pressing of the olives, contain no more than 0.2-0.3% acidity.

The olive oil that we product it is a superior category extra virgin olive oil of native thick flavor, an emerald tint, a full of body and rich fruity taste.
