The history of olive tree takes the roots from ancient mythology of Greece. It says that the olive tree was the gift of the goddess Athena, beloved daughter of Zeus.
The history says that Athena bent to the ground, touched it, and an olive tree grew up, “in the shadow of which you can hide from the bright sun, with the woods of which you can warm up at night, the fruits of which can still your hunger and oil, which serves to continue a healthy life”.

Our olive trees grow in the small village Lithines that located in the Eastern Crete that is famous of its precious forests, contrasts of landscapes and wildlife.

Trees, from which we product olive oil, grow at a height of 275m above sea level, where the air as clean as a dew and it seems that you can reach out to the clouds, and eagles that fly over our fields, the genuine experts of the purity and virginity of nature, proudly behold on us from heaven.
